I began my professional career in the insurance industry in 2018. During my five years in the field, I learned the importance of providing excellent service, which often makes the difference between retaining and losing customers. However, I eventually realized that insurance was not the right fit for me. In 2023, I made a career switch to software engineering and web development and have no plans to change course. Since transitioning to my new career, I have rediscovered my passion for problem-solving, which I had always possessed but was not always able to utilize in my previous roles. I now have the opportunity to apply all of the customer service and soft skills I learned in my years in insurance to create innovative and effective solutions to various front-end and back-end challenges.
